Emmaline M. Rosado-González, Mexico

I am a Geographer by the National Autonomous University of Mexico with a Ph. D. in Geology from the University of Trás-os-Montes e Alto Douro, Portugal. Since 2014 I have been working on research and development regarding UNESCO Global Geoparks. I collaborate with the application procedure of Mixteca Alta UNESCO Global Geopark as a Scientific Committee member. My research domains are focused on UNESCO Global Geoparks and Sustainable Development and work actively with Geographical Information Systems.
My actual position is at the University of Trás-os-Montes e Alto Douro as a postdoctoral researcher under the UNESCO Chair on Geoparks, Sustainable Regional Development and Healthy Lifestyles, and Geosciences Centre of Coimbra University UTAD´s pole.
